Looks like some normal "radiator heatshield" stuff you stick on walls between a radiator and well, the wall. To radiate heat back into the room, and isolate a bit from the cold wall Would be interesting to see how well that sticks.

there is automotive grade heat shielding available (just an example) and those are VERY stick (think tar mat insulation sticky) when applied correctly.
