Are these modded TRD N2 flares?

No, they are "N3" and they are made by Custom Garage SPEED I believe.

neither, TRD and Custom Speed have a pointed corner in the upper rear (genuine TRD also in the front).
Can't tell which kit is pictured above but this car got the same one, so it's safe to say they are not entirely custom.

PS: not the same style but good lucking still are the custom fenders on the Driftworks AE86, maybe they will sell you a kit. I know they made proper moulds of the finished version to make spares when needed.

Maybe custom by KMS ?! since his previous N2 was built by them.

Anyway, since 2013 Tsuchiya have that (built by Koizumi from Car Factory: easy to recognize the color scheme on the engine):

look closely, you still have that sharp corner in the rear of your pictures, as well as other details that don't match like the very end of the rear and the air vent on the front fender... it's all in the details.

Hmmm I think I might just mod the TRD flares to be more rounded and follow the contour of the 17's. Shouldnt be that hard, would just take a lot of time...
