Problem is that the rim itself lost some weight. Undecided
TE71Corolla undented it and removed some of the rim while making it clean and polished again: you can see it on the first and second picture near the nipple. It is not too much weight, but I'd recon it makes a lot of difference. Confused

Yeah, I'm quite happy with the look of the tires. Not too bulky. Smile
But still have to wait and see how long they will hold... Afaik the website gave a 2 out of 5 (in which 5 is best) for the wear of the tires, so they will probably wear quick. But then again: these tires are quite cheap. Smile

Oh I also forgot to add that I cleaned the lights. I noticed that one of the popuplights has rust on the reflector, which is something they don't like on the MOT. Does anyone know if I can just use a reflector of a Lite-Ace or AW11? I've heard stories that they are interchangeable, but I never bothered to check. Confused

you can also use Celica T16/Supra MA70 stuff and maybe Celica-Supra MA61 stuff. All those lights are the same.

No shit? Huh

Tires are broken in this evening. I overfilled my gastank for some weird reason (air return clogged up??? Confused ) and fuel was gushing out of the tank at the gasstation. Waited a bit to dry up and then decided to take the car for a spin to get the fuel level lower.
Then I passed Robokill's house and decided to pay him a visit. I got my first donut lesson from him and the tires are definetly broken in now. Big Grin
Too bad I haven't got pictures of it, but perhaps he can take some pics tomorrow. >Smile

And my fuel level definetly is lower now. Big Grin Big Grin

Bought 4 rims today from Oldskull and they are beautiful! Yummie!
I really love these Supra rims! Thanks! Respect!

It was very rainy when we changed the wheels, so the pics were a bit too dark and I had to change the exposure of a few pics. Couldn't make too many pics due to the chance of rain as well. But we finished in time before the next raincloud came over. Hurray!

Haven't got a plan yet what I'm goin to do with the Khamsins. Smile
