I think that Greddy would be pretty ok for what you need.
They are adjustable and can be set to "confy"mode.

If you're going to rally/off road I would suggest to get blistein shocks, spring rate is up to you.

And then some RCA or NCRCA and new bushings (Protane/TRD)
