I'm back , i think you might be right regarding the Diff as its a Cusco 2 way LSD i fitted for Japfest this year but its knackered and defiantly in need of a rebuild.

Yeah, it may be the case that your CWP backlash was not properly adjusted or maybe the spacer has yielded due to strain... do you recall if the diff was installed with a solid pinion spacer or not?

You may want to subscribe to the channel, as I have recently purchased an LSD for the AE86 and will be performing a rebuild and installation very soon... If you subscribe you will be notified when I put the rebuild video online ;-)
