Clunking noise coming from the rear axle

Hi mates,

Today i finished the install of my new final gear ratio (4.77) because the old one (also 4.77) was improperly tuned and so it was whining/squealing very hard above 60 km/h.

I went for a small test-drive with the new FGR and i couldn't hear any noises... until i started braking to stop on the traffic lights (engine at idle speed), when i started hearing a clunking noise coming from the rear axle.

It's a sort of noise that increases/decreases its rythm with vehicle speed, it happens also when running straight and i can only hear it when driving forward.

The oil level is correct.
There's nothing loosened in the back (like a brake fluid pipe or handbrake cable).
Already loosened the bolts that fix the center mount of the driveshaft so it can get freely to its desired position.

My suspicions goes to the half shafts, maybe they are forcing the LSD and i have to slightly cut them (even if my LSD is a KAAZ and not a TRD).

Any suggestions?
Anyone already experienced a similar problem?

I guess it´s something with the brakes, that doesn´t really go round... Deinstall the everything, including the shaft drives, clean everything and install it with caution. Maybe it´s better then...
