Coilovers with Konis???

Previous owner of my AE86 just told
me that the car has handmade coilovers in the front.

I asked him if I use short stroke AE92 dampers,
and he said no 'cause:

"Koni made dampers -with oil- for the AE sold as a kit with Eibach short springs"

Can that be true?

And if I really have front coilovers wich dampers can I use?

Toyota Corolla AE92 Koni Sport (yellow) btw filled with gas, not oil.

Used on my, kris and so on drift ae86.

Plus, you have also coilovers in the back?

If no, what to use, koni also (not coilovers)?

In the back you could use the normal ae86 Koni shocks, but I think it would be better to find some kind of short stroke alternative for the rear as well when your lowering the car alot (to avoid springs coming loose when unloaded)

Is there a short stroke alternative? I got no money for rear coilovers right now...

HTS is import only. They are SS and good for coil-overs.

I asked for a -non coilover- damper kit for the rear,

that works gook with coilovers at the front!

Ooh sorry. Didn't read the entire thread. Anyway the HTS can be sold for the rear only and it's a normal damper. No coil-over.
