Besides the fact i've got two headlight guarnishes for the same side... I had to place the zenki ones to align the damn car....

In general the car is looking great... The new engine bay paintjob is amazing and i can't wait to see it painted Black 204!

Trueno wiring is ongoing... almost finished up!

Got some issues troubling me... The rod that lifts the headlights isn't long enough to lift the headlight to full opening..... Why is that?

The rod is complete, plus the metal piece that bolts on the motor....

Is just no long enough.... The rod itself can be regulated?!

Omg... something strange is happening there...

ANd yesterday was another day at the shop!

The main goal was to get all the wiring done, so the painter can start working on the paintjob asap!
Of course we got some issues and the work was not finished, we still need to get the headlight motors working properly...

I still got the issue of the rod that lifts the headlights being to short to fully open the headlight... that is really strange, maybe it's ajustable?! Didn't noticed any adjustable thing...
Main problem is that i can't get the headlight to full opening when the rod is plugged.

Yesterday was another day at the shop... Doing all the wiring needed to pop up the headlights....

Unfortunately the headlights are not working properly, hope all the relays are ok and hope it's a minor problem somewhere.... Let's see...

The other problem i got are the headlight rods, they are too small to fully open the headlight.

The latest updates on ma thang!

Got the headlight problem sorted out as my relay is damaged and it's not working properly, bought a new one.

Also got a problem with the headlight switch, need to disassemble it and fully clean it! Also i have to change the small springs inside, they are loose which is probably the reason of the mis contacts!

The working progress is now on his slowest part, everything is getting attention and slowly the car is gettin fixed!

These were taken on wednesday.... i guess the car is getting his paintjob real soon.... The chassis and body are in greatshape, just a bit rusty at the boot...

Latest updates...

Yesterday i solved my electrical problems and now everything works!

Now it's only time to wait for my door, and paint it black 204!

Bought some led's and they look amazing...

Heyo!

Project is ongoing and almost finished up! Almost indeed!!!!

Got an issue with the Trueno relays, as the headlights were not popping up, that is now solved....

The headlight rods were a bit short too, as they were from a celica... and the metal part of one the headlights is not a "kouki" one.... Wich needed a bit drilling and welding....

The work is now finished up with my Trueno and it's ready for the paintjob!
