Bit late but thats really weird.

is the iscv properly installed?
Is the white vacuum thingy for the map sensor installed correctly?

It was a vacuum pipe really cut off! Solved.....

I just have the ISCV not working.... i can't cycle from cold start to idle.....
The pump is stuck somewhat on open....

I just idle for 1500.... when i close the air to the ISCV i can idle for like 900.... After that i can't do a cold start again.....
Guess i'll have to buy one..

It was about time to hit the tracks......

Last saturday was a great day! Finally the time to test my car!

The damn suspension sux! Koni Sport and Apex were great on the 110Hp range...
With the blacktop i need more.....

Well.... 1000km's later.... the car started smoking and the 3rd and 4th cilynders don't look so good...

Still need to make a compression test to check my car up, but i think because it was stopped for a long time the piston rings aren't doing what they suppose to do....

Will spare my car from high revs and high mileage... and start building my spare parts a bit more...

As i checked i already got the contacts to rebuild the engine properly...

Will do it like properly and will change it all......

New oil pump,
New valve stem seals
New Headgasket
New piston rings
New engine bolts
New piston rings

The crankshaft and cylinders will be re-machined properly if needed.....

Just want a decent engine...

Hi Pack, the Trueno is looking stunning, it's a shame that the engine began to fail after such a little mileage but I'm sure you'll have a more powerful & reliable motor once it's rebuilt and rocking again

Btw, do you have in mind any specific setup for the suspension?

This thing with the engine was a low blow.... but i can get past it... soon it will roll again!

Yeps i have something on my sleeve.... I think i'm moving to BCracing and will overhaul them with bilstein material... 6Kg springs (Swift) in the front, 4.5Kg in the back

Cusco sways on both sides

Basically this is it...

You might want have a look at Schockworks from Australia, would allow you to skip the overhaul part and they already come with the soft springs

Or simply order BC Racing coilovers with 6/4.5KG springs. No need to modify them as they can be configuered as you want.

If got bc racing in my car (5kg in the front and 4.5kg in the back)
I'm very happy with them.
