That is Rhys Millen if I'm not mistaken, stunt driver of the dukes of hazzard movie. He's a driver in the US formula D competition I think.
Dont you guys think it's a bit of a coincidence that all of those cars are in the same lane (the wrong one at that), and that they are almost all the same brand. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

Im pretty sure, that its a amateur shoot from a set in the movie "Dukes of Hazard".
I saw it the first time, a couple of months ago with that description
