Can I put Red Top Injectors wich are 235cc/min on stock BlueTop [182cc/min injectors] ?!

What about fuel pressure regulator, will it be OK ?!

And what effect would I have..

The electrical resistance of redtop injectors is different..and they would most likely make the engine run worse if there are no modifications that require a lot of extra fuel (open air filters dont count...cams/ITB's/turbo's do). It is possible to install them with some work though..just useless on stock engines..

In fact we use some diagnostics and open air filters may count.

I think I can get enough air, and fuel [red top fuel pump], and resistance is not a big problem...

But I'm puzzled about this :
"One oddity of the standard EFI computer [color=darkred:d76cbfcc46](big port only?)[/color:d76cbfcc46] is that below 6,000rpm it uses two injector pulses per engine revolution, (it's not a 'sequential' type of computer) and above that a single, longer pulse."

Why puzzled - this is just a two-pulses instead of single one.

Must be some air filter if it the original injectors cant cope with the extra demand..that would mean that just an airfilter boosts performace above the rated maximum horsepower of the injectors...I think not..

No, not performance boost - we measure leaner fuel mixture when using open air filter. The injector limit is not the issue, but don't forget that there are many AE86 4AGE's without lambda control (stock).
Most "performance boosts" are just "to free some lost power" techniques.

You dont need the higher capacity of bigger injectors throughout the powerband I presume, so your probably sacrificing some performance in the process as well.
