Electrical - Rear Screen Demist and Dash lights

Hi All,

I have recently experienced an odd "fault" with my electrical system (I think after replacing my rear bulbs).

When the heater/blower is on or the brake is applied, the dashboard lights and rear demist comes on...

There is a foglight feed cut into the rear light that is fed through the cabin and might be contacting something but I thought I taped it sufficiently and doesn't neccessarily explain the blower turning the lights on.

Does anyone have any clues here?
