It’s definitely been used before and I can’t see why it would run fine on a MAP sensored small port but not a MAP sensored big port? Currently looking into the injector signal issue now – its picking up injector pulses for channels ½ but saying it doesn’t have a signal for ¾. One suggestion is to group 1/3 and 2/4 on the Emanage and see if that works? Should be an easy test at least.

What ways did you try so I can understand what you did?

What I still can’t understand is why the fuelling is off despite all the maps being set to zero.

Also if you mapping a NA engine will I need to worry about injector duty cycle anyway, surely you can just adjust the map readings for more fuel?

Going to have a look at it tonight if I get around to it.

if you look at the wiring diagram you can see there is only one injector sing wire, it segments to the 4 injectors. All the 4 injectors sprays at one time! So I don't think you'll find any other sign.

As I remember we wasn't able to find injector sign, and we didn't want to tune it only by map, because if you modify the map sign it changes the ignition aswell..

Can you tell me which cable you thought was the injector signal wire? The instructions list 2 (blue) but there is also a yellow cable wich also goes to the injectors.

I paired the emanage injector cables to the 2 injector signal wires they list. The emanage isnt showing the extra codes.

Thing is the engine still runs rich, and I think its due to the Map - once I reverted the map cable back to stock the engine ran properly.

Did you have the optional ignition harness to go with it? I have that as well, so I should be able to correct the timing too.

I don't remember which wires we used.
We had the ignition harness aswell, yes. But its harder to set up properly with only map sign... And AE86_Z had a good buyer, so he decided to sell it and bought a MegaSquirt. It was a good decision, he wouldn't get the full potential of his setup with an emanage...

Surely though if you adjust by the map, and that adjusts the factory ignition timing you simply adjust the timing in the emanage to counteract that effect? So say you add fuel in through the Airflow Map, the stock ECU will pull the ignition timing, then you hop into the ignition map and advance it as required?

When you had the emanage installed did the car start and idle properly? Or did you suffer the same issues to what I am experiencing?

we didn't want to hassle with this, and as I told, the MS was on very good price so we changed it.

We had idle problems WITHOUT emanage, when the emanage was on the car, it idled perfect. We didn't understand it, all of the tables were on zero settings.

I bought an Emanage Ultimate for my AE92 DLI 4agze.

Can someone please help me with the wiring?
Is JDM AE92 DLI 4agze individual injection or group injection?

Under "Injection Signals", it shows 2 options. ADD/TRIM or ADD ONLY. Can anyone tell me what it means?
