Euro Meet 2005 ?
There you go Wave

Track is OK for drifting. Quality of the asphalt has deteriorated through the years but that's even better

We will of course help you all arrange where to stay, and a few interesting tours in and around Athens.

But, it's still the end of Europe for most of you, so this probably sounds like going to Finland for me. It's up to anyone interested.

I'm still up for Mobikrog or even the Ring mind you! One does not exclude the other Cool

Euro Meet 2005 ?
Dorito, it looks great, it really does! Do you have some pictures somewhere?

My main problem at this time is that I am getting to many things now. Mobikrog I want to visit, this track looks cool, tjechie with rx7 club is up in june, there are one or two events in britian I want to attend. I'm dont have money nor time to do all these unbelievably fun thingsSmile

Then again, maybe we should spread out a few ideas for a certain period of time. I am really for a more centralized meeting for a first time. JonT is already organising the trip for the UK guys through europa that brings them to the Nurburgring. I think that would be an excelent time to meet up with eachother aslong as peeps keep their heads coolSmile

Maybe do Mobikrog in winter time so we can also check out Zax on the snowy touge and do Greece next year summer and have a nice long vacation thereSmile

Sounds very nice mux! It really does. I just hope we can do even half of what we would like. Of course we must focus on the first meet and I'm certain the rest will follow. As I said I'm up for the Ring. I even told my girlfriend (she convinced herself - lucky me Hurray! ). If you sort out the dates, I'll let you know for shure!

Euro Meet 2005 ?
The UK invasion of europe is still on my mind this summer, but i'm waiting on the 'ring publishing its calender before setting a date. Going down to greece would be fine, but it is a bit to far for a weeks road trip.

Jon, nurburgring dates should be online this month I think because it should be open again in march if I am not mistaken so thats pretty coolSmile

I think greece is only manageable for most of us if we drive up there, stay for a week and drive back. Make it a real vacation with one or two days at the track. Sounds like a great summer vacation for next yearSmile

Dorito, cool your GF is comming along, will be easier to confince mine to join us again, she usually doesn't like it to much...

Thought about that at my work (i've got such a boring job, i can do it on autopilot Smile), is it allowed to drive in groups?

If that is possible, just let some experienced drivers (or drivers who know where to go left or right Smile) drive in front of a group.

They know where the dangers are and can judge at what speed it's safe to enter a corner.

Or am i completely wrong now?

doc, you can get that done but it cost much $$$$

best is to go on a monday when its not to busy and just go on the track following eachother and taking it easy the first laps out.

That's what i meant, just buy a ticket for a lap and then driving around the track in 1 long line of cars.
