Apolan Wrote:i think toyota picked the best suited colors for this car. White, red, metallic blue, gold, and some JDM colors s.a. brown and dark green... you also have a nice selection of panda combinations.. also a nice combo is Jezzas colour - black and grey twotone. also all black, makes the car pretty mean looking =)

I'm kinda over panda colours since everybody is getting their cars painted in such pattern. Though i like the red and black combination.. just not red and black panda..
You're forgetting silver. Wink
I already made my mind up: mine is going to be panda Silver (silver + gray) like in this pic:

But in the pic it's black. Undecided

OK here is a update with some pics.
The only thing going on now is fixing all the rust. So I have made some new treshholds and im gonna weld em on this week after all the rust is gone.

Have a look t these pics and be afraid
Remember I bought this car and the seller said it was completely restored and no rust on it ecept a little hole in the bottom of the car. I saw the car and said yea right but never tought it was this bad. Drove the car home about 1400 km would never have done it knowing how bad it was here some of the pics.

Heres a link to the car

It looks like swiss cheese. Huh
But afaik Ryo never fixed the car himself? He bought it from someone else who would have fixed the car before painting it green. Dumb question

No Ryo didnt fix it.
But I asked him about rust in the car and he guaranteed me that there were none except a little hole in the threshhold.

And the hole construction is really bad so I have to cut it off and get new ones so Im gonna do some stabilising welding to.

You guys should see the exhaust you would lauvgh youre ass off it looks like its been done by a five year old.

And the paint just peels off cause there has been no work on the original paint they havent even removed the wax from the paint underneath .

Its a lot of work on the car but im gonna do it properly cause I love these cars so all the rust is gotta go dont care how much time or money it comes to the only sad part is that I have to fic it for MOT so it is in original shape then I will tear it apart and do some tuning.

As far as I know Ryo was the owner only for a few months.

I think that if you couldn't see the rust when buying the car, also Ryo couldn't see it...

I) saw some of the rust he hadnt told me about but I asked him if he had raised the car and had a look and he had done it and there were no rust he said.

If I had the possibility to raise the car there I would have seen it it isnt hard to spot.

its not that hard to crawl under the car. just park it on a curb w/ one wheel and take a looksie. that much rust is easy enough to spot.

anyways, bygones are bygones, much respect for the effort; hope to see her rolling soon. Thumbs up!

just small description from my side:

1. there is not so much rust, it can be repaired, i didnt check for the rust when i buyed the car knowing that it can be a little rusty, but the price was so cheap
2. i sold you the car for the price i buyed! + i repaired some things on it like replaced bad starter or replaced some interior parts.
3. i sold you the car pretty cheap also
4. i have no lied to you about the rust i don't know what you think, that the prices for this cars are here chap? and you can't get perfect car for small money.
5. I have only repaired some things on the body. The car was completely repaired by previous owner in czech republic but it was not the owner you taked the papers from but the previous, he tuned the car also into this.
6. I sold this car because i was out of money, also because there was the problem with removing the body kit that was made in czech republic. It was insane to drive it here in slovakia on this bad roads. I always hit the back of the car. Really low cars dont drive here because it is impossible. I can show you sometimes on the pics how bad are roads here.
7. sell price for the car with street legal papers 650 eur if remember right.
8. tell me that this is not a good price Tongue

10. That's all i dont have any other things on my heart. Wish you good luck on repairing the car. I hope also that i will be some day back on the road with another hachi.
