H4 hi/lo kit so that you will have both dip and main beam.

pretty sure it will be easy but, if you do this you will what we call "strooilicht"
because of the way the glass from the headlights is made you will not get a proper beam of light,
hid kits are for projector headlights only.

I got some Hi/Lo H4 Hids on my Trueno

Loads better light than before and aslong as you can plug connectors together and change a light bulb you can fit the kits!

Would like some Raybrig lenses next though for my Trueno.

I've got HID as well. It really makes a difference, even if the glass from the headlights is wrong. Defenately worth it Smile

You'll notice a massive difference in what you can see at night, and so will people driving towards you! The glare from your lights will be equally as massive for them thanks to the unsuitable projectors.

I have seen video's with the Run-Free demo car in it. It has Xenon lights in the normal headlights. They did tape a little corner of the headlight glass to prevent blinding people on the other side of the road.

Glare, that was the word i was looking for Smile

and indeed, the glare is pretty annoying and maybe even dangerous for the people driving towards you.
