Hachi wont start.. anyone have a Grenade?

So another update.
I checked the voltage out of the circuit relay. and nothing. I checked the voltage coming into the circuit open relay.. and still nothing. I checked the voltage to the EFI fuse and that is good and also the voltage too the EFI relay. both is good. So I swapped the EFI relay..... and still nothing.
Please help.

Okay, maybe the EFI relay is not being switched..the switching voltage comes through a black-orange wire. Pull it loose on the EFI relay side and check if there's 12v there with the ignition on..If there isnt, check the IGN fuse and see if it's getting powered.
If you need the wiring schematics, let me know.

sorry for the long delay.
So my hachi still wont start.
All the fuses and relays and the ECU have been swapped out. I found out the coil was bad, so I swapped that out. My fuel pump is good and I can run a hot wire to that, but still no spark. I also swapped out the ignition cylinder wires.. The motor turns over but no spark and no fuel. Im really stumped now.

So today I really ripped into the car. I have another hachi that Im using as a life size schematic. So I found out that my fuse block had something wrong with it, so I swapped that out. My coil was bad, so I swapped that. Ecu has been swapped all relays and fuses have been swapped. The wiring harness that goes to the fuel injectors have been swapped and also the wiring harness that goes to the dash accessories have been swapped. There are only 2 wiring hanesses left and one is for the lights. I honestly want to give up on this damn car. It will crank but no fuel or spark. I can hotwire the pump but the fuel injectors wont fire.
