Well the swap is really not that complicated. You just need the engine and complete harness with ecu. Than you throw out everything you have in this car and replace with new engine and harness + ecu. Tranny is the same i think, and rear axle with lsd would also be nice.. or you can jsut go for the real deal (1.5 or 2 way LSD form TRD, Kaaz, Cusco, Tomei, whatnot..).

Unless you gonna go pro from the start and you'll build a hardcore engine tahn you might as wll go with standalone ecu.. but that kind of building requires much more attention to other parts of the car (transmission, suspension, brakes, chasis work etc etc..

Your best and easiest bet would be to find a GTS in poor condition or crashed to act as a donor car.
