Well in that case just rebuild this carbed engine, and focus more on the suspesion.. than when the time is right you can do a swap. Welded diff is a bit hardcore for daily driving, you will have loadz of problems in tight turns, and as this diff/axles are not the strongest pieces around, they probably would brake pretty soon.

As for the indentification..

1. picture show a 4AF engine, dohc, 16v, cca 115 hp. Its close to a 4AG from the GTS, but alitle more economy-ized. Changes are small, but everything is different almost.

2. and 3. pics show 4AG bigport head. It would probably fit the 4AF engine, but you need to note, that the bottom end also differs, so it wouldnt actually be a 4AG.. plus i heard that the 4AF bottom does not hold well..

4. pic carries a manifold of a TVIS-powered FWD engine such as 4AG in ae92 corolla. The biggest difference form the RWD 4AG manifold is the orientation. You could make it work for a rwd, by transfering the inlet hole to the left of the plenum, requires cutting and welding aluminum.

Hehe man looks like you have a litlle of everything Hard to tell what can be combined now and what not. With enough effor you could probably build something, but im just not sure how all of this would work together and what ECU to use.. plus, youre missing alot of parts.

If you want the cheapest soulution that will work, just stick to the 4AC carby that you have in now, service it and drive, improve the cars chassis and suspension as it is deffinately worn out by now... Meanwhile you can source a proper 4AG.
