Hello from Poland!
Hello!
I have Carina TA62 and rusty AE86 (as a parts car). Is there any place here i can post my Carina, or is it hachiroku-only site? (I want to swap 4AG and the rear end from AE86 into Carina) |

Hello from Poland!
I have activated your account. But all moderators could have done that as well as they have the power as well.
Anyway, welcome with your Carina and I would be very interested in the project page. Is it a sedan or coupe? 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Hello from Poland!
Thanks.
It's sedan, 3T engine, t50 transmission. VIN and frame code says it's TA62, so i don't know should i call it TA60 or TA62? I will post some more pics soon. It has 186k kilometers, some rustspots, but it's in quite good condition, i think it was kept in garage before i bought it. |

Hello from Poland!
Thanks willy.
Yes, i have complete hachi, too rusty, in my opinion, to be saved, but mechanically not bad. Best option would be to get good AE86 shell and swap everything, but it's hard to get a good shell. I can see on Your FB fanpage, that You swapped 4ag from aa63 into ae86. Maybe You have AA63 engine mounts and cluser gauge for sell? Pozdr |

Hello from Poland!
Nice Carina!
TA60 = 2T TA62 = 3T So it is a TA62 as it features the 3T engine. The reason I'm asking whether it is a sedan or coupe is because most coupes were sold with 3T engines and sedans with 2T or 1C (diesel) engines. Of course there is always an exception to the rule, like your car... 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |
