Hi there, and a quick question
Firstly hello to all......

Thinking about trading in my corolla t-sport for this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1334192.htm

it would leave me with just over £1000 to spend, what would people suggest it be spent on.

And how do the AE86 perform??

Many thanks

Hi there, and a quick question
drive one before you buy one.

This one looks really decent but with a 1000 to spare I would use it to get the body in perfect condition. As most of the times its funnier to spent your money on improving it than having to save it from rotting away Smile

Hi there, and a quick question
Thanks for the reply, i plan on having a drive first. If the body work is in mint condition, what sort of engine mods could be done to extract more power safely

Hi there, and a quick question
In my opinion: 86'es are huge fun in the corners, but dont expect anything on the straights. Id also suggest spending that money on suspension and brakes...

Hi there, and a quick question
I'd have to go with Spitfire as well: spend the money on the suspension and brakes first. Personally I wouldn't drive a powerful car with a set of Apex lowering springs and OEM brakepads. It actually doesn't say what springs are used at the rear...

Swap the front and rear pads for a set of Mintex, swap the front shocks, replace all springs for a matching set.
