Well, that is a subjective thing, if you weld stuff all day long then cutting and refitting a couple of brackets is indeed easy. But I dont know about the driveshaft (does it need to be shortened?), and if the hilux rear is very wide, then you'll run into problems with your rims. You can offcourse get the axles shortened and resplined, at which point you are way past the point where you could call it easy.
