Home made Hachi Roku / AE-71
So, I haven't even touched the hachi this whole winter, becouse it's in a cold carage, and it would be pretty difficult to weld in there...
![]() ![]() EDIT: Now there's even 2 small videos of the nearly first test drives... Totally rebuilding an AE86... http://www.fintoys.net http://www.findori.net http://www.koti.mbnet.fi/teemu-t |

Haven't been here for a while.. Anyway, note to all: When you've got a freshly rebuild 4A-GE and the startermotor signal wire gets loose, don't start the car by putting a wrench between the terminals on the startermotor. I did that and accidentally connected the wrench to the oilfilter at the same time "welding" a small hole on the filter
![]() Well now I finally recieved new parts after waiting 3 months for them. I already assembled the engine and fitted it back to the TE-71 last weekend. This weekend I'm hoping to get the engine running once again.. I'm gonna have time to weld the hachiroku once again after army which starts next year, but slowly does it for me! ps. Sorry for all the typo's! Totally rebuilding an AE86... http://www.fintoys.net http://www.findori.net http://www.koti.mbnet.fi/teemu-t |

Hi again! It's been a while sens I've been here, I've spent this whole year in the Finnish Defence Forces so haven't had too much spare time, It's gonna be like this for the whole year.. BUT, I've had enough time to trade the TE-71 away and got a KP-36 pick-up in exchange The car is a lot of fun to drive as it's wery light, I can lift up the rear tires all alone
![]() ![]() ![]() Ps, sorry if this is too offtopic as so little progress has been made on the hachi ![]() Totally rebuilding an AE86... http://www.fintoys.net http://www.findori.net http://www.koti.mbnet.fi/teemu-t |
