I think you're getting a bit to much into this man, people always claim the weirdest things, sometimes they've found something you haven't heard of, often they are just exaturating. I know I do that last thing all the time You need to value those remarks for what they are worth, not for what they say literaly. So a 20V probably can be tuned to be a nice potent engine, even if it doesn't reach over 180hp it can still feel like it. Maybe it does catch up or has caught up to a CRX, maybe thats just due to driver skill difference.
