LED ON THE CLUSTER??? I don't know what they shipped to the EU, but in 1985/6/7, I don't think Toyota shipped a single LED in any part of any one of the AE8x cars in the US. Them's 12-volt incandescent LIGHT BULBS in the instrument cluster, just like every other illuminated object in the car. (Except the blue dashboard clock.<G>

i have a ECU AW11 i want to know what chip or model or type of eprom have the ecu installed and what chip or eprom on the ecu have the configuration, map or setup for reprogrammer?
What Type of Eprom programmer i have to buy ? Tnks |

Yeah, Red, you're probably right, but for the purposes of the experiment it didn't really make a difference what the lighsource was specifically. In case people need info - it worked with the battery positive, through a 1kO resistor and a LED, attached with cathode to W.

Unfortunately not: I did find later parts (part 5 and 6 I thought) but these parts have disappeared.
 I did even try http://www.archive.org but no success and besides that: you will miss the images then.
