Injector voltage problem [fixed]
Does it make a difference which injector you unplug? I doubt all 4 of them are bad. I'd still bet on a dodgy ground, due to the fact that the only injector firing will be the cold start one on the plenum. Hence just enough fuel for a few seconds.

Injector voltage problem [fixed]
Was this a running car or project build before the head removal? Considering the things you checked I'm still aiming towards the wireing, assuming it was a running car and none of the parts that matter have been changed

Injector voltage problem [fixed]
The car sat for 15 years until he bought it last summer. After the purchase he drove the car for 50-100km and endet up having his hg fail. The car is bone stock with arround 90.000km on it.
We also think it could be a Problem with the wiring loom. Daily Beater: Civic EG5 Work in progress Car: AE86 |

Maybe you've checked this already but on my car, the power supply to the injectors come over two separate wires. One through to the ECU area and another through the connector between the engine looms behind the head. Maybe have a look there to make sure you have power from both sources?

Injector voltage problem [fixed]
Q1. When the head gasket was replaced, was the fuel supply
hose disconnected from the fuel rail ? Q2. Does the fuel rail have a pulsation damper (metal mushroom) on top of the fuel hose banjo connection to the rail ? Q3. Have you tried disconnecting the fuel return hose from the tail of the FPR and then run the pump (bit of hose into a bottle) to check that there is decent flow as well as pressure in the rail ? Cheers... jondee86 |

So the problem was found it was indeed the wiring loom. Some wires where broken just before the loom enteres the cabin. Thanks everybody for helping us out
