Ian.G's Track/Drift Levin.
I was woken up so very very early this morning - which is something I hate.
I rushed downstairs to see what all the fuss was about ready to be really angry with somebody but when I opened the front door my mood changed. How could I get all angry with the person who was delivering the new heart for my hachi !!!! So - the Honda Lump is now in the garage and the fun can begin I couldn't help but have a little dream moment and begin to think what It may be like sitting back in the car in a few months time...LOL Regards Ian. |

Whow! Coolness.
Too bad they didn't build it in right away: now you have to do all the work yourself. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Great stuff Ian. Any plans to run ITB's on the honda engine? Correct me if I'm wrong but I swear I read that it is possible.

ITBS are totally possible.
my friend has a Jenvey system installed on his F20C in a westfield. Great thing about the inlet and exhaust sides of the engine being reversed I dont have any problems with long trumpets clearing the brake cylinders now. Right now I can't add the cost of ITBS to my build - its costing quite enough already LOL. Once the car is back up and running I just want to drive it again for a while. Throttle response and power will be pretty damn good out of the box I think so maybe they wont be required - but if I get some spare cash in the future I would like to try some. Regards Ian. |
