Importing
There is 1 guy who imported an (drift spec)levin hatchback, with apk(mot) import costs it was around 10.000 euro.
Another guy paid around 5000 euro for a standard car. On the last driftday there was a guy with a contact in Japan that wanted to trade my trueno with a slight drift spec skyline r33 v-spec. A lot of people talk about what a ae86 should be worth nowadays. But that's old shit. Real fans give a lot more(Great Brittain/Ireland)a few years ago ae86's could be bought for a few 100 euro's(3,4,5) Now they are "worth" multiple 1000's(holland,germany,france,etc) All the cars(except the race/rally car)in Brunssum were sold too. I spoke to a few owners(3 of them). Everyone here said they were overpriced, but he still sold them(from 2500-5000) For 1(like insurance compagnies) it is just an old toyota and for the other it is the car he always wanted and has been looking for. If this is what you really want buy it. Or think good about it and if you have that amount of money do want an old(but cool) corolla or an 10-14 year newer supra/rx7-/skyline/s14(or whatever) So how much is it worth to you should be the question i think. |

sultennok Wrote:that looks alot like Big-Yin´s car?!Yep, but Big-Yin's car had bigger wheels and widened fenders Dutch price? Uhm, I'd say tops at 6000 euros. Any price above that won't sell, eventhough there is a lot done with the car and the car appears to be on excellent state. Or you have to find a person who really likes the car, knows everything about it and has enough money to buy it. 1983 - AE86 Sprinter Trueno - import project 2013 - Honda Civic sport - daily driver 2004 - AEU86 dot ORG - daily domain Support our forum, buy from the AEU86 shop: |

Apolan Wrote:im having a strange feeling of de-ja-vu.. Come again? Yeah I agree. I swear i've seen this one on my travels too. EDIT: Looking again at the spec and the car itself I would say that this could cost about £7000 and still be inline with correct price point of an AE86. Whats on offer in terms of aftermarket parts are worth more than the car standard alone, If I were you I would purchase it, regardless of colour and respray it something more suitable, remove the neon rubbish and sell on anything you won't use and you will have one stunning example of a car. |

Yes Jezza hr, the blue neon must be removed.
And it's Big-Yin's car. This is a japanese one. The engine was rebuilded 30.000 km ago. Car has been Fully Repainted in R34 GTR Midnight Purple 3 Flip Paint - beautiful colour and paintjob. But from my comments, the price i'm paying isn't too much. Thanx for the information...! |
