Some pics, I got the inlet manifold back, it has the throttlvalve attached now.

Throttlebody's have the same coating as the water and inlet manifold.

The positive connector on the alternator has moved from the top to the back, this is beter as the FMIC piping runs over it.
It's a bit more shiny to now. Smile

Replacement exit for crank oil fumes that sits on top of the engine, the new watermanifold sat over it so it has to be adjusted:

Hey DInges

Did you see this:

http://bbs.scoobynet.com/projects-40/661...008-a.html

Might give you some more ideas.
Not that yours is not a very nice build of course.

They won Time Attack GB last year and run one of the most famous Impreza shops in the UK. So they do have much more funds then we do of course. But you might catch one or the other idea from them what you can incorporate into your design.

Did you get the point about the front being too stiff.
They saying that they went a little bit too far with stiffening the front and now it is very twitchy.

Just thought would be of interest for you. Wave

Keep your good work going.
I want to see this car running this summer.
Thumbs up!

No I have no idea what they mean with that, maybe the front is to stiff in relation to the rear, so the rear just might be to weak?

Hopefully I can get my car running this year too, I miss driving it. Wink

Thanks for the hint BTW. Thumbs up!

I see you are already on scoobynet.

I also hope to get mine finally going. Having a car which is not driveable is the worst thing ever. Although as long as you can work on it you see the progress. But in my case it is just the officials.
