 RE: Injector voltage problem
Q1. When the head gasket was replaced, was the fuel supply
hose disconnected from the fuel rail ? Q2. Does the fuel rail have a pulsation damper (metal mushroom) on top of the fuel hose banjo connection to the rail ? Q3. Have you tried disconnecting the fuel return hose from the tail of the FPR and then run the pump (bit of hose into a bottle) to check that there is decent flow as well as pressure in the rail ?
