Introducing the Bombi 3 Wheeler!!

And now for something completely different!!




This is the Bombi 3 Wheeler, currently being built by a Danish designer customer of Newera in his front room! The design encompasses the use of a 900cc Ducati motor driving the front wheels. Should weigh bugger all! One of the interesting aspects is that it's got to be small enough to be able to be removed from his apartment when completed. Recently the engine wasy started inside his apartment!

Even site registar is Dutch, so I suspect someone mixed up the Danes and the Dutch.

But it's a very cool project... I don't think my GF would love such a project in the livingroom.

Oops. You're right guys - It's a Dutch designer, my bad.... Was something I wrote before going to work this morning - and the coffee hadn't yet kicked in!

It's simplicity is beautiful. It's going to be a blast to drive too, I reckon.
It's a bit like a modern Morgan 3 wheeler, but way more powerful!

Might be low enough to undertake tractor trailers, lol...

Passed a morgan 3 wheeler this afternoon during a traffic jam... Doesn't look too comfortable to me with all those exhausts at the same level as the driverseat...
