Irish Corolla GTcoupe restoration

Took the likes of the steering columb ,steering columb/dash support bar ,pedals , centre console support brackets ,bracket around the handbrake/gearlever etc.

Stripped em all down and polished or primed and painted accordingly in gloss black .

The gaiter for the columb to bulkhead got cleaned and the metal ring got polished


Also the steering columb got stripped down of its bits .
I painted the end that goes through to the U-joint in the engine bay and the rest got cleaned and polished up . And it got reassembled
All the wiring was check and retaped back up

you can still buy them new at toyota.. but they are expensive

In Toyota they're extremly expensive.
I've been asking for a feew parts - for example side skirts - 1300Euro
I don't know what are cost in NL

Got them from Toyota dealer here . I bought a lot of stuff in one go so got a bit of a discount ,so below are rough prices in euros and all are +vat . my car is '87 spec but '84 stuff is all thats available to us here . Arches and sills will need to be modified to accept '87 skirts and arch mouldings

Ya over here the likes of the
skirts ,rear spoiler and front splitter are ridiculous money.
Over 1000euro for a pair of new sideskirts

The side skirts are trully expensive as also it is the front splitter...
