Wow, that interior is a left hand drive version of how mine used to look. I've since sorted it out with the exception of a glove box on its way and the back part of the seat that is also ripped in a similar way. The boot was the same too but has been welded and painted. Isn't a great deal of work.

Out of curiosity though. Where exactly is this? Dumb question

In the trunk there are those shafts on both sides. From outside it is the part located behind rear bumper and on pic is showed bottom of the car. I think a lot of hachi's have holes there. Mine green has that too but was repaired. My red hachi has it already with a lot bigger hole.

The reputation of oil FRAM filters is very bad in Club4AG forum. I don't know exactly are FRAM air filters good or bad - just check this carefully on Toyota forums.

Fram filters are bad hmm Undecided i dont know normally they fit perfectly in but i already buyed by toyota new oil filter for this car only air filter is going from fram. I was wondering why he is so small i am starting to be curious if he will fit. In toyota i checked twice if it is the right oil filter.
Btw. prices for toyota parts are twice much as aftermarket parts here so i dont think i will be buying by toyota all parts, only those things that i cant buy in aftermarket.

Back to the project...

- Mounted fuel tank today, not leaking anymore. All painted with anti rust paint.
- Replaced the bad Brisk spark plugs with NGK R spark plugs.
- Replaced spark plug wires.
- Repaired broken lock on hood

WOHOOOOOO Big Grin Thumbs up! Yummie! Respect! the hachi is running like hell. The rebuilded engine is really strong Huh

Ah not man sorry but i dont have a digital camera. I always wanted to buy one but didn't have money. But with this new work that i have just now i will be able to buy some soon.

- discovered some troubles around thedriveshaft on the car this morning... is acting weird when i am shifting gears. Always this weird sounds from back. I think after this 443 000km this car will need new one. Lucky i have one spare parts hachi Tongue
