Too bad that the pic of the red-coupe is oversaturated.. That thing was HOT!! Superclean, just the original C-coupe lines, sporty, pretty...amazing car.
I think Doc should also have a pic of a C-limo that we saw parked at a rally stage. White car...lets hope he chimes in. By the way: good luck restoring this European AE86!! Normally I would have thought that the rust is too extensive, but after checking some British sites my perspective has changed. pretty much anything is possible. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Yesterday finally got a rebuilt starter, mounted it and started to bang myself in the head.
The engine is dead,i forgot to try it on crankshaft before i installed the starter. So i did some work today ![]() I was in garage since 7 AM (sleeping only from 5AM-7AM ![]() Removed the head, and saw that the upper part of the cylinders is ok,and the crankshaft probably doesn't work,so i decided to pull the engine out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My oh my misfortune got me ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Gonna dissasemble the engine in a few days. Probably,i first thought the crankshaft is pretty much not working, but when i disassembled the whole thing found out it's probably stuck and standing still too long.
I hope it's going to start,wish me luck. ![]() |
