apardal. the 4age has more use of lift than duration. Getting high duration cams only gives peak power at insane RPM. (which is unstable for the engine)
Take a look at CATCAMS.be They have camshafts that will go up to 288 or 296 degree but with insane lift. If you would go underbucket shims (Yaris) and would run cams around 270-288 (between that) with 10mm lift you be making some serious power.
