its just like - when you go to an event like with kids who are ill (like kids with cancer etc.) I mean how cool is it for them to sit in a drift-car when they can and even play a drift game (if they want to).

I thought you guys also liked the official D1GP game stuff etc.
I love it!!!

My wifey also thought the plate was gonna be stupid and very very dangerous. That's why I never use it when driving. Only when standing still I install it... meetings / driftdays etc.

3 days ago we started to put in an oil cooler (D1 spec).
Thanks to FullCarTuning.nl

and finally my pulley got installed that I bought for my birthday.

We renewed the oil - cooling liquid - and brake liquid
New belts
And some other stuff.

The car is so much more fun now with just that little bit of BHP extra with the ABV mod + the pulley ofcourse.

Also got new front (steering) tires from my local tire shop : GCKbanden.nl

The tires are pretty hard and now I can even turn faster it feels much lighter!

The oil-cooler is great as it cools around 80 / 100 degrees.
Tho I am very excited to find out how it will do on a drift track.

I've been using the same ones for three years now (yes I don't drive much with them and no lsd to abuse them with) and they are quite good allround tires. But...you will notice that they lose grip quickly on wet roads with 4 degrees celcius and lower. Since they are at the front this is something to take into consideration.

My first ever drift-day-competition...
I have been drifting now for 1 year (almost and not even fulltime - only on cold days as I hate the summer and the heat)
I finished as 19th of the 29+ contestants...

I did not want to participate in the top 16 as it involved twin drifting and I had very shitty back tires. The track was getting dry very quick so I couldn't continue and ride the lines from when it was wet.

It was a very cool day and i was satisfied for having done this.
I wanna do it again someday.

This sunday i will be drifting at Lelystad. http://www.driftsport.nl

PS. Didnt have any problems yet with the Falken tires thusfar...
