Car still sits around the same height as before..we didnt lower it much further so he could get used to it a bit at the current height....just lowering the front also reeks havoc with the headlight adjustment.

Just a quick update. Thanks to Ivan and NoHachi I finally have my other axle mounted on my car!!!

Yeah we did the axle swap tonight and it was some amount of work! But we got there!

The axle makes hardly any noice so that is good. At 120kmph I can hear it very very faintly in the background, that must be pretty normalSmile

When we got the axle on the car we had some doubts whether the LSD was working as it should. I know I tried a few things when the axle was in the garage that made me thing it worked fine but on the car, well not sure... I'm hoping its just that its been out of the car for awhile. Wont know until we find ourselves a parking lot. It would be a big letdown if it turns out the diff doesn't work as it should, but atleast I can talk to people while driving without shoutingSmile

Alot of thanks to Ivan and Damir for all the help!

Owh and that KE25, it is so damn cute!

Ivan, indeed!! Man I wouldn't wanne do this job all by my lonesome self!!! Next time we do this we take a day, not a nightSmile If there ever will be a next time....

I do worry that since I will be drifting once or twice my 'new' diff may eventually end up like my old, so on my old one I defo need to figure out how to fix it...

Also I am worried my LSD may not work right, need to find that out aswell, if so I'm gonne start saving up for a TRD oneWink I now know how things are done and with my axles having been out I suspect that simply taking the axles out and the diff out while its mounted on the car will be a piece of cake so we could take a day, take the diff out, take the LSD out, put other LSD in, put it back together againSmile

Start getting acquainted with the procedure for leaf springs....guess what I'm looking at right now, ghe ghe ghe

Now just some struts fore the front and I can start sporting some pimp rims...

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear

I will post pictures later but today I put in my 'new' rear seat and side moldings, this time in the right color scheme!!Smile

Thanks to Vernon (P-nut) for tracking this down for me. All I need now are blue seatbelts (instead of the brown ones) and some new carpeting and my car looks good again.

The rear seat needs some cleaning and there is one small ding in one of the sides that I need to fix up somehow but all in all I am very pleased my car looks normal againSmile

I have a kouki blue rear seat and 3door sides left over now. The seats are the same as 2door but the sides are slightly longer so they dont fit. Dreja has first choice but since he really needs zenki blue like me it is unsure if he'll have any use for it..
