How does it sound mux? Too loud?

It sounds pretty ok actually. Inside the car I dont notice any difference, outside the car you can hear this exhaust rattle a bit more, its a bit more raw sound, but it really isn't that different then my old 'exhaust'. Just looks a hole lot better

I do get some more looks strangely enough, maybe at higher speed people driving next to me do get treated to more music from my exhaust

Driving through a tunnel with the window open is the best though

Anyways, tonight I finally found out whats wrong with my exhaust... Between the exhaust manifold and the 2-1 part, the exhaust was held together with just 1 bolt and nut! And that nut had started to come loose!! I could just move them appart from eachother!

There is also no gasket between these two parts!! I would a second bolt and bolted it all back together, going to find a 3rd bolt and see if I can get a real gasket for it and that should solve my exhaust problems for the time being

Often there are 2 metalized rings instead of one gasket. Use studs instead of bolts and keep in mind that these parts heats !!!

yeah I am worried about that, I'm not sure where to get the best things to bolt it up. What I have now is just temporary, eventually I'll need to take the 2-1 part off and fix it correctly. Also first need to get those rings somewhere because I think they are missing...

There are AE86 with gasket and AE86 with rings - I seen the two types in Toyota parts diagram ! First chek yours. I bought full gasket set for 4AGE bigport - these rings were included (RIKEN brand, 35EUR value for full set).
