Owh and I do not have adjustable panhard rod nor adjustable four links YET, I do want those but there are no ill effects noticable yet.. I haven't really checked the alignment though, I'm sure its off at the moment from left to right.

I used the same springs but it didnt came down as much as your car.

Owh right,

Sorry Rutger, I forgot to mention, there is indeed roughly 20kg of junk in the boot (tools and such) and like Jasper sais, you've got you're boot all stripped out.

Thx Mux! About lifting the car and the spring coming out: try ziptiting the springs, they defo won't come out from their place. Smile

If you want go cheap you can try relocating the shocks lower fitting on the axle. They should go "deeper" so the shocks will have much length to operate.

I decided to cut one more ring from my springs because now I see that the "stock" suspension can operate lowered so much. Smile

Thats right i didnt think of that.
I also removed the heavy gas tank.
But yours looks way cooler. Tongue

Nah I'm going 1cm more high, this is to low for me. Going to add a spacer...

As for the zipties, it'll just pull out the shocks from the top wouldn't it?

I don't really get what you mean with pulling out the shocks from the top.

the zipties are good for keeping the axle "close" to the chassis - as close as the springs full length allow. Don't letting the axle "fall down" until the shocks stop it.

Sutter,

The springs aren't fixed to the body of the car nor are they fixed to the axle

if you lift the car, they 'stick' to the body and come loose from the axle

If you ziptie them to the axle they will stick to the axle, but come loose from the body.
I dont see how you can ziptie it to the body without drilling holes into the body which I never like to doBig Grin
