My 6th ( sixth ) Hachi.

It's not the money. To do something properly, you need to do it yourself, or have someone trustworthy enough to do it for you. But I havn't got the time, nor the trustworthy people.

When I finally will have the time, I will be able to enjoy one hachi for everyday of the week ;-) and on one day, I will wash them all... hehe

If I don't buy it, theres a great chance some fool will buy it, smash it, and wreck it...

This one here I bought without an engine, and interior all pulled to bits.

dAYTONA, dont get me wrong, i rather see this car goes to you, than to some asshole who would just treat it like shit and probably trash it in the first corner and not even regret it. But since you have 6 hachis (i dont even think its gonna stop there ) - well i dont think you'll be able to enjoy all 6 of them.. its kinda becoming like a collectors item, which a car never should be imo.. but hey as i said to each his own. but youre addicted maaan

Apolan. The first hachi I bought, has more rust than any other hachi that anyone has put up a photo on here. All the rust was covered with 'tar' type 'rust prevention' and was hidden from me when I bought it. I have since moved all the running gear to another, my 2nd.

The rusty shell that some would consider junk, is still in my garage - maybe one day me, or my future son will want to fix it up... maybe.

Then I bought a front end smashed AE86, mainly for parts, from which I gave cannabolic a rear quarter window, and from which I used the door and left front guard on my ongoing project hachi.

Then I bought my first Kouki, because I always wanted one, and because it wasn't that expensive because it had a stuffed clutch, which I fixed, and which is now my daily hachi.

I have always wanted to buy a killer rust-free hachi, and every hachi I have been buying, has always been better than the previous one. (apart from Hachi no.2, which is the best).

But a question to you guys, if you could get a Hachi, with no rust, without an engine for €300, would you not get it even for spares?? or would let other people join the AE86 community???
