The body is in this condition:

Since the car will be used on a daily basis and the suspension setup will include TRD springs (6kg FR and 4 Kg RR), Yellow Konis, Uprated front and rear Cusco stabilizer bars, Polyeruthane bushes and front strut bar, do you think that it worth to reinforce the chassis/body with some extra weld points?

I think not but i would like to hear your opinions.

Hey, not necessary. What I would advise you with trd springs (this because I have the experience with them.

Take your front struts. Shorten them but place back the spring disc. Then use ae92 koni. The standard ae86 will not work nice with the trd springs. The car will bounce alot and it doens't drive very comfy. It even takes away traction on medium or bad roads.

You should hold the values of a shortstroke conversion in mind. Becuase the trd springs are alot lower than standard ones. (check the hight and compare it to the trd srpings!
