Noob from Ireland
Hi folks... Think I may have been on here a few years ago, but since I've dived-in to owning a AE86 (project) I thought I'd join again so I can share my progress and gain/give advice
... just need to figure out how to upload pics, do I need a host? Cheers, Myles PS..... Just seen the link for attachment below |

The file upload is indeed a bit archaic... I can't find the how to (only the old one), but it's basically only available in full reply mode or create topic mode. You need to select the file using "browse" on the left first, then click on "add attachment" on the right and this will upload the file. After you have done this the file will be available for inclusion with the buttons on the right.

Hi Benpai, by "browse" do you mean"choose file"? I've hit that, chosen an image and clicked "add attachment", but nothing comes up. That was in "reply" as opposed to "quick reply". I'll try new topic now.
Soz..... I used to be computer literate |

Now I've tried adding attachment on "reply", on "new thread" and I've tried changing browser from duckDuckgo to chrome but still no good; I get the progress bar go left to right and then nothing in the box and no file selected.
Sorry, I've only got here and I'm causing trouble |

Works for me.. -Clicked the 'new reply' button. -Clicked the 'choose file' button. -Selected a file -Clicked the 'add attachment' button -The filename appears in the attachment list at the bottom. -Clicked the 'insert into post' button. This was on Chrome. But Im sure it also works on Firefox. Otherwise you can use google photos to share pictures, almost everyone has a google account so that wouldnt be too difficult. You can create a share link on there that can be used in forums. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |
