The head has been cleaned, but I don't know if it has also be pressure tested, so I'll be sending it out, along with all the associated bits to get cleaned and pressure checked before I start work. ![[Image: AEU86 AE86 - OST-045: 5AGTE... again ;)]](http://ost.ebeans.ch/albums/userpics/10005/head_unpacked.jpg "AEU86 AE86 - OST-045: 5AGTE... again ;)") The buckets and shims have seen better days... replacing them with good used units is far less costly then trying to salvage these More to come.......

Have you send any dyno testing that would indicate that the 4AGE would see favorable power gains by incorporating anti-reversion step in the exhaust port - header. I've already increased the exhaust port by about 3mm, but was thinking about grinding out the header I.D. at the head attachment face. Dave W |
