Other Corolla Coupe's

Besides the AE86 i really like old Toyota's (old Celica's, Corolla's etc)

From the Corolla i especially like the Coupe's. I'll try to place a picture and some specs from every generation

KE15/KE17:

Both have the same body, but the KE17 has a bigger engine (1000cc vs. 1100 )



KE25:

Coupe from the 2nd generation, 1200cc engine.



TE27:

It's about the same difference between the KE15/KE17. The body is the same (only soe bigger fender flares), but the engine is different. The TE27 has a 108 BHP 1.6 8V DOHC engine and it has a 5 speed gearbox and LSD
This one is my 2nd favourit car (after the AE86 ofcourse )



KE35:

Coupe from the 3th generation. 1200cc engine.


TE47:

Same car as filh drove. Very rare, has a 1.6 8V DOHC engine wiht 108 BHP



TE71:

Not really a coupe, but it's called like that
It also has the 1.6 8V DOHC engine.


AE86 is known here

AE92:
4A-GE (as far as i know).


AE101:

Corolla Sprinter Levin, came with an 4A-GE, 4A-GE 20V or an 4A-GZE. (picture shows 4A-GE or 4A-GE 20V, the Supercharger had a big airintake at the bonnet)



AE111:

Corolla Sprinter Levin, came with an 4A-GE, 4A-GE 20V or an 4A-GZE.

Like i said, i really like the TE27 (sadly never came to Europe )













If i got a nice place to store a car, i'll definitly gonna buy a KE25 and build it into a TE27.

I'm interested in the "LSD from a toyota highace" remark from the ebay corolla. Did highaces come with LSD's? Would the axle fit under a Kp61 starlet?

Magnificent little car though. I think I would rather have one of these little critters then a AE86. I like the "cute little car on steroids"look that it has going for it.

some Hiaces had an LSD,

The V6 one (very rare in Holland)

Arnout from Supras.nl is looking for such one also (because that thing fits in an Old Celica solid rear axel, that axel has to go under an Celica-Supra with a last model Supra TwinTurbo engine )
