If I remember well, jamiemirror posted pics of using LADA radiator, and KristianAE86 posted pics of using Golf MK1 radiator.

But both were not "bolt in" and required some modifications.

Did you ask at Fensport (http://www.fensport.co.uk)?

Andrej

As far as I can recall the Golf MK1 radiator was from a diesel engine. I'll see if i can find the topic. Smile

Edit: Not a diesel, it was discussion about a Golf Mk1 diesel radiator available:

This one is about the Lada (2107) replacement:

I went to a radiator repair shop (is that spelled correctly??) and he made a new radiator, using the top and the bottom from the old one. The price was approx. 2/3 of the cost for a new one. Dont you have such shops in Croatia too?

I will ask about this. But I will be happier with new radiator (even if I have to do some modifications).

Wouldn't some kind of performance rad like a Techno Pro Spirit be ok? I've just bought a pattern radiator from ADL but I kept my old rad so that it can be re-cored and I'll have a spare.

I found Nissens radiator, designed for AE86. It will cost me around 150€. I expect to receive it in 2 weeks.
