I´ve seen universal washer bottles hidden inside, i.e. the passengers side A-pillar, behind the front seats where doorcards used to be.
Fairly easy, just run the hose through the firewall and join it to the old hose. stuff like this: http://www.ebay.com/sch/sis.html?_nkw=UN...E-KIT-12V- 1979 Toyota Corolla KE35 1983 Toyota Corolla AE86 1985 Toyota Corolla AE86 |

In Japan they often use some sort of bag made from some thick rubber/plastic I believe.

I run of those bags, they can be found in rear washer systems on some hatchbacks (mine came from a swift). Come with pumps etc and are often plug and play. Mine is on the lower passenger side of the firewall.

wow that looks interesting.
Is it leakfree and does it work? I wanted to place the oil catch tank there but couldnt move the reservoir. This is for the washer reservoir right? |

Sorry, no pics atm. Doesn't look very special.
It works just fine, though capacity is lower then a typical reservoir (1~2lt). No leaks (why would there be) In my case (MX5) the stock pump and connector plugged right in place of the provided pump. I can almost guarantee that an AE86 will be similar. My Suzuki bag also has a long flexible filler neck, making it easy to whip it out and upward when I need to fill the bag. Otherwise you need to think off a way to get fluid into that small opening in the bottom of the engine bay. Makes sense to get every bit of weight and bring it as low as possible and be able to shift it left and right to help get left-right cornerweights balanced.
