Exhaustpipe needs 1 holder, so it´s almoust ready and fits with Watt-link.

First there is 140cm straight pipe and then two curves with 30 dergees angle and then one curve with 60 dergees angle and then silencer.

I also moved radiator about 8cm backward and made aluminiumplates around it, still need a fan (not so big problem)

This makes me feel I am doing my project all wrong. If only i had the dedication to completely strip the car, paint it, and do everything like a complete restoration. But alas i dont have a garage like that nor a chassis stand.

If I put it go under the diff, I still have to lift it up to near bottom. So it was better to put it to go over. Rear of the car must be enough space, that nothing (except the bumper) hit anything IF I slipped it.

Do you mean those what goes cross the diff? They don´t need to be equal lenght. Take a look of this ( http://web.mat.bham.ac.uk/C.J.Sangwin/Te...nkage.html )

Nice going! Thumbs up!
Are those mk3 escort flares much bigger? From the pics they appear to be just as big. Confused

No, they are about same size as original (reason why I use those). If you want bigger, buy VW Golf (Mk1?) flares (Hopi has those on his car).

I didn´t paint it, but I drive some test today Smile , I LIKE IT Cool .

Some more pics:
