Well
Most of us here, shop lots of things online. I do it too, ebay included, and dindt have a problem till I bought from Stage One Imports.

The story is that, me and the user Rasteirinho decided to order 2 TRD bushing kits for our cars. The price was appealing, so was the shipping costs, and i bought them.

I made the payment in Augost 22nd 2006. The timing was 45 to 60 business days to fulfil my purchase, once they have to order from japan and than to me. Im ok with that, but till TODAY i got nothing. Not OK with this.

In the Stage One Imports page theres not a phone number, but with some research i found one. I called the responsable 3 times now (Gen), explained the situation: "i email you right away", "i understand that", bla bla bla.

Till TODAY no email was sent to me.

I paid in total $669.90 USD, and no one tells me if I will see my money again, trade the stuff for something else on their stock, or the first option: my bushings will ever came?

The 45 days of paypal claim rules has expired, but i´m looking for international eCommerce instituitions to hel me, if anyone knows one, let me know, thanx!

So, I´m here to explain and to alert you how this guys deal with europeans, at lesast with me. I dont know if anyone here experienced some deal with them, but for shure this is my first and last, and i´ll recomend them to no one.

Just talked with them on the phone, and he said that he emailed me 5 times last saturday, i got nothing in the email box. Anyway, I think i´m gonna have my sweet money back.

Checked the email again and i´m waiting

I believe only when money comes to my bank acount.

Well, they are not on their site, but not that hard to find. However placing them publicly on a forum is another thing.

no they're still available i just got my TRD bushings 3 weeks ago.

Lipinhu- stageoneimport doesn't ship items through EMS or Fedex from Japan, they wait with their container to save shipping $$$, probably that's what take so long on your orders. if you dont mind you can give me your info i can call them for you, and let me know what questions you want me to ask as well. just to save you some international phone bill.

...I ordered a TRD bushing kit to "Harissen Attack" (shinjiro) about 2 years ago, 1 year after ordered the kit I didn't got it yet !! Shinjiro is a cool guy, but 1 YEAR !! I asked him a complete refund via PayPal.
I bought the TRD kit on Ebay.

Another story : 3 years ago I ordered a rear quarter panel to "Toysport", 1 year after that (I paid for the part + shipping = A LOT !), they didn't mamnage to get the part !! They've receive a quarter panel from a "coupe" (my AE86 is a HB of course), they really really SUCK !!
I asked for a total refund via Paypal, it was a mess...PLEASE avoid "Toysport".

I think I'll avoid "Stage one import" to...Hey, Lipinhu Ask your money back !
