Scuderia rollator CE86 trueno project
Time to give this thing a thread of its own.
As seen before on this forum, me and Ivan have bought Kyle's hatch to do service for Scuderia Rollator. Rollator this time referring to the car, and not to the fact that the vehicle is capable of about the same speed as the typical pensioner using this walking help. This baby gets up and GOES!..bigtime. Specs as far as I've been able to collect: Powertrain CA18DET Xspower Tubular manifold 3" straight through eexhaust system Megan 3" open silencer Some type of dumpvalve LOL Large FMIC with aluminium piping HKS open air filter TRD 1.5-way LSD single piece drive shaft. Suspension: Front complete T3 coilovers, 9kg/mm ground controll springs and AGX's Upper hat system with camber plates NRCA's T3 pillowball Toe-controll arms Aftermarket discs and performance pads SS brakelines all round Polybushings where applicable Rear T3 coilover conversion, 7kg/mm Battleversion 4 links Battleversion panhard bar Wheels and tires: 14x7 Konig rewinds with michelin slicks 15x7 Revolutions with Ivans old rain pirelli's 14x6.5 SSR Colin (starsharks) with 14" tires..soon to be bald Body: Several braces, including B pillar, wheel arch, bottom cross brace Front and rear shock tower braces Sporty steering wheel Momo bucket seats 4/5 point seatbelts Additional Boost/AFR/RPM gauges Battery in the trunk In the future the following issues will be resolved in this order: New turbo: std unit, current one is shot Rollcage: safety first...needs the structural strengthening too..all braces will probably become available for sale Brakes...maybe if they prove inadequate with decent ducting and pad selection. 13x8 rims with cantilever slicks, 4x100 adapters and some kind of arches to cover them things up.. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Today:
Checked and repaired some small things on the CE86..replaced engine oil and brake fluid. Replaced a broken off wheel bolt and checked all the brakepads. Basically the little things to get her ready for Zandvoort next saturday. Can't wait to get this thing onto a track and drive it. Anyway took some new pics for you all to see, nothing fancy: Suspension Tubbie Interior Side1 Side2 Seat A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |

Nopes, not connected..waiting for monster tach to come in..std tach is completely useless to judge shiftpoints..things happen just too fast. So we'll throw one of those large ugly ones in, that comes with a disco installation to indicate when to shift.

Quote:Is that your car NoHachi? I m confused...It belongs to scuderia rollator, a joint venture between me an Ivan. So yes its mine..half of the time Quote:You can get stand-alone shift lights, so just admit you like those large ugly onse Wink Ugly monster tach (=50E) inc shiftlight Omex standalone shiftlight =150E You can decide which feature I like most..Seriously if there are any cheap standalone solutions that are cheap and QUICKLY available then let me know. I hate how the tach clutters up the dash while there is a perfectly good working one in the cluster. Quote:Damn CE refers to diesel Corolla instead of CA-powered one Puh Nopes but I'll make sure to order corolla diesel badge soon!
