I imagine simon will have to go with a competition car insurance company.

Most regular UK insurance companies begin to panic when they see cars modified to hell like these.

Fortunately I have an MSA Race License for my westi - the Hachi is insured as a sprint/hillclimb/drift car.

Regards Ian.

Thats some nice cars you've got there, congrats. That must be the first Black-Limited in the UK too.

One of the reasons I got this car was because of the spec......its very possible that this could be one of the only black limiteds like this in the world.

The Black Limited was a limited run of 400 cars, in japan, many of them are kept in original unmodified condition and the values kept high.

I dont think we will see another one like mine with so many mods and disregard for tradition with Black Limiteds Cool Cool Well I hope not anyway !!

Cheers

Si

Hi Jon, good to see you too. So far I just need to get myself a new bonnet and the plans for the bodywork can be carried out.
Soon I'll also have the use of a workshop round the corner from my house, but I'm getting the workshop space in return for stripping someones Mondeo.

Simon, do you know its all your fault?

I am pretty sure that THIS:

Once belonged to you. I fell in love with it then and there, wayyyy back.

So I am laying the blame for my Hachi obsession on you Smile

Is the 'Black Limited' a special edition? It looks amazing but what made it different to other 86's?

Oh and where can I get more pictures? Thumbs up!
